Refund policy
Standard products (examples include Security T-Shirts, Staff T-Shirts, etc) are refundable within 30 days after they have been delivered to you. If you have any questions if an item is refundable, please email us at hello@yourowntees.com before ordering. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to Your Own Tees. Items must be in brand new condition or they will not be accepted. Accepted refunds will be processed within 5 business days after they have been received at Your Own Tees. To start a refund, you must contact us first via email at hello@yourowntees.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
Custom products (examples include School T-Shirts, Dance School T-Shirts) are non-refundable as they are made to order just for you.
Damaged or defective products can be replaced within 30 days after you have received them by sending an email to hello@yourowntees.com with pictures of the damaged or defective product, your order number, and a description of the issue. No replacements can be completed without this information.
